Wvxo wants customers to receive pet collars that match the product page, selected size range, color, and hardware description. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases from wvxo.shop.
RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. We accept returns for defective and non-defective products when the item meets the condition requirements below.
RETURN CONDITION & ELIGIBILITY
Product condition: new only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For pet collars, please do not use the collar outdoors, attach it to a pet for daily wear, wash it, cut tags, or alter the strap before deciding whether to keep it. Returned collars are inspected for strap wear, odor, buckle damage, missing bells, damaged reflective stitching, and packaging condition.
RETURN PROCESS & RETURN ADDRESS
To start a return, contact us at info@wvxo.shop with your order number, the item name, and the reason for the request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return method: by mail. Approved returns should be mailed to: A & S RETAIL GROUP PTY LTD, UNIT 1 236 HONEYPOT ROAD HUNTFIELD HEIGHTS, 5163 Australia. Please pack the collar securely so the buckle, D-ring, bell, and strap finish are not damaged during return transit.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, we will bear the return shipping costs and provide a free return label. For accepted returns, the return label is included in the package, free.
RESTOCKING FEE
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. No restocking fee applies to eligible Wvxo returns.
REFUND TIME_FRAME
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
We accept exchanges when the requested replacement is available and the original collar meets the return condition rules. If an order needs to be canceled, contact us quickly before shipment preparation is complete.
